No. If you already sell on Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp, you can start there. Your products get item codes, and buyers check out on Zono.
On Zono Pro, buyer payments are held until 24 hours after delivery, then released to you. On Zono Flex, your earnings settle to your bank account on our payment partner's standard schedule. We will confirm the details during onboarding.
Orders are delivered through Zono's delivery partners. You can also choose self-delivery, where you or your own rider deliver the order and update its status yourself, with tracking for the buyer and a delivery code for handover.
On Zono Pro, Zono handles returns and disputes under our published policy. On Zono Flex, you handle them under your own return policy, which buyers see before they pay.
We onboard vendors in small groups so each one gets hands-on help. After you apply, a team member will contact you by phone or email. Approval takes 24 to 72 hours.
